For everybody that is considering applying to OCS, this is not covered in any of the manuals in OCS or in the different Acadamies.

The single most important attribute that seperates the great leaders from the rest is communication. In order to be a great leader you must talk to your other Officers those below you and those above you. Keep your subordinate Officers filled in on what is going on and inform the Officers above of what your situation is in your area.

If you don't inform your Officers bellow you what needs to be done, they will go off on different tangents instead of working together. If you don't inform your Officers above you of what your situation is, they have no idea of what is needed to accomplish your mission.

So comunications followed by cooperation are the keys to making the Allied Armies unstoppable.
